This gathering began a collaborative effort among various partners, all eager to contribute to the project's success. The meeting began with a warm welcome from the hosts, setting a positive tone for the days ahead. Following the introduction, the agenda for the meeting was outlined, providing a clear roadmap of the topics to be covered.
Each partner then had the opportunity to introduce themselves and share their background. After a short break, the focus shifted to the core of the meeting: the presentation of the project's work and tasks. The detailed overview covered the various components of the project, outlining the work ahead and the immediate next steps. Post-lunch, the partners engaged in a field activity, offering a practical insight into the project's context. This experience was not only informative but also helped to solidify the team's understanding and approach. The second day was dedicated to diving deeper into the project's details, with a particular focus on the pilots' deployment and the TEAPOTS digital platform. The agenda was packed with insightful discussions and planning sessions. After the morning break, the partners discussed the innovative aspects of TEAPOTS, exploring how these innovations would be implemented and integrated into the project.
