SMACT is an Industry 4.0 Competence Centre in Italy, formed to drive digital transformation by connecting research, technology providers, and early adopter companies. SMACT is a platform that enables the production and social system to be valued through technological, strategic, social, and environmental innovation.

As coordinator, SMACT is making sure the project meets its goals on time and within budget. This involves coordinating work, tracking resources, managing risks, and keeping communication open within the consortium and with the European Commission.
