SUM 2024 presentation

Our project partners from the University of Padua presented TEAPOTS at the SUM 2024 - 7th Symposium on Circular Economy and Urban Mining, held in the beautiful Capri, Italy from May 15th to 17th.

During the Circular Economy in Agroindustry workshop, Marco Schiavon showcased the innovative aspects of the TEAPOTS project. The presentation sparked interest and engagement from the audience, with questions raised about the use of biochar produced by pyrolysis, the decision support system and the anticipated social impacts of the project.

The symposium was a vibrant gathering, with 173 attendees from 28 countries and 149 papers presented. The diverse group included academics, members of public bodies, and representatives from industrial companies, all focused on various aspects of waste management, including valorization, reuse, recycling, and reduction.

Thank you to our UNIPD partners for championing the TEAPOTS project!
